PNS INDUSTRY FOREST leads the integration between the supply of raw materials in the sawmills and the continuing efforts of replanting trees in our forests. PNS is committed to sustainable forest management and forestry methods based on internationally accepted principles.
PNS SAWMILL operates five band mill saws for cutting logs into bespoke beam sizes to meet customers’ specific size and quality requirements. The site also kiln dries and cuts logs into through and through boards.
This part of the PNS SAWMILL operation is based on a large, modern bio mass kiln drying facility operating 10 kilns with a monthly drying capacity of plus 900 CBM. As well as drying its own stock. PNS also offers this service to the trade.
PNS SAWMILL operates warehouse side of the PNS INDUSTRY FOREST. The capacity of the warehouse is 500 m3 in 1 spot.
For logs shipping PNS can provide 500 – 1,000 Tons in one shipment to the customer sawmill and for the international market PNS have maximum capacity for sawn timber products 5 (40’ container) in 1 spot.
For the packaging, the lumber can be wrapped in 4 sides or none. Depends on the customer request
PNS SAWMILLproduces woodchip from its timber residue: chipped to required and exacting standards for both, moisture content and chip size profile. Available for domestic market.
